We picked up our tickets from the very friendly lady on the counter and bought a guide (for a reasonable £3.50) which is full of information, some vouchers, and also some children’s activities. When we arrived at the station, we found it well signposted and had no problem finding our way to the entrance just past the London Eye and the London Dungeons and across Westminster Bridge from Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
